Jorge Sánchez Cubillo is an associate at CCN, where he has worked since 2001. Mr. Sánchez Cubillo currently heads the firm’s civil and business litigation area in Mexico. His practice includes civil, business, banking, insurance, surety bond, and criminal litigation, in which he has more than ten years of experience. In 2003, he participated in the XII World Congress on Procedural Law held in Mexico City. He is a graduate of the Escuela Libre de Derecho in Mexico City where he graduated with honors for his professional thesis, “Legal Issues Regarding Conflicts of Civil Law Rules in the Mexican Federal System”. Before joining CCN, he worked as a Mexican law consultant for the law firm Loeffler, Jonas & Tuggey, L.L.P. in San Antonio, Texas.
