Jorge Sánchez-Cubillo

Jorge has been part of CCN since 2003 and was subsequently appointed partner in 2012 where he heads the Civil and Business Litigation area in Mexico.

He has more than 20 years of experience as a trial lawyer in the Mexican forum. His professional practice has been in the areas of Civil Litigation, Business, Bankruptcy, collective actions, Banking, Insurance, and Bonds.

He has successfully represented companies in complex litigation in Mexican Courts, many of them with international components. He has also successfully represented cases before the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.

He is a lawyer who graduated from the Escuela Libre de Derecho Ciudad de México where he graduated with honors for his thesis “Some Considerations Regarding Civil Conflict Rules in the Mexican Federal System”.
