Rosen Hagood
Charleston, South Carolina

Nine attorneys from the Charleston-based law firm of Rosen Hagood have been named to either the 2019 Super Lawyers or 2019 Rising Stars list, the firm announced today. Included among these was Richard Rosen, who was again singled out as being among the Super Lawyers Top 25 list for the state of South Carolina. For many of the firm’s attorneys, this is a repeat award. Both lists are extremely competitive – no more than five percent of the attorneys from a state can be designated as Super Lawyers, and only 2.5% can be Rising Stars.

Rosen Hagood’s 2019 Super Lawyers:

Daniel Blanchard (first year awarded)
James “Chip” Bruorton (first year awarded)
Alex Cash
Andrew Gowdown
Brewton Hagood
Richard Rosen (named to Top 25 list)

Rosen Hagood’s 2019 Rising Stars:

Rene Dukes
Elizabeth Palmer

Co-Managing Partner of the firm Brew Hagood said, “We are delighted that so many of our attorneys have been singled out for this recognition. For over seventy years, Rosen Hagood has provided excellent legal counsel and representation to businesses and individuals both in Charleston, and across the state. It is gratifying that these attorneys have been recognized, and their professionalism, judgment and ability to provide top-notch client service has been honored by their peers.”

Super Lawyers and Rising Stars, both part of Thomson Reuters, are rating services of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area. The result is a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of exceptional attorneys.
