Jack Buchanan one of 30 Honorees recognized by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as their 2017 Leaders in the Law
Troy, Michigan – An awards luncheon was held on Thursday, March 23 to honor the Michigan Lawyers Weekly Leaders in the Law for 2017. Primerus President and Founder, John C. “Jack” Buchanan, was among the honorees this year. Chosen from many nominations, the 2017 Leaders are attorneys who are changing the law, expanding access to justice and improving the profession and their communities. They are lawyers setting the example for other Michigan attorneys.
Jack Buchanan started Primerus in 1992 to help rebuild public trust in lawyers. Primerus is a society of 180 independent small to medium size law firms in nearly 50 countries and 47 U.S. states with 2,800 lawyers covering hundreds of specialties and subspecialties. While an accomplished trial lawyer and a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American College of Trial lawyers, Buchanan considers Primerus as his greatest professional accomplishment.
