During the 2011 Association of Corporate Counsel Annual Meeting, Primerus sponsored a substantive session entitled “Doing Business With Financially Troubled Companies,” which was a proposal drafted by Primerus member, Brian Davidoff - Rutter Hobbs & Davidoff Incorporated (Los Angeles, CA).  Primerus member, David Schaffer - Kubasiak, Fylstra, Thorpe & Rotunno, P.C. (Chicago, IL), also participated in this panel presentation.  Additionally, Primerus member applicant, Osayaba Giwa-Osagie – Giwa- Osagie & Company (Lagos, Nigeria), participated in a panel presentation for the substantive session entitled “Doing Business in Africa” in which Primerus was invited to participate.
