The attorneys of Rothman Gordon are pleased to announce that Richard A. Marhefka and Lori R. Miller have been promoted to partners of the firm.

Richard A. Marhefka joined the firm in 2014, bringing his personal injury practice to Rothman Gordon to compliment the firm’s existing plaintiff practice areas. In his 20 years of practice, he has obtained favorable results for his clients

through jury and non-jury trials, arbitrations and mediations, and has negotiated settlements for individuals injured in accidents.  In addition to his personal injury practice, Mr. Marhefka is a member of Rothman Gordon’s Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability practices.

Mr. Marhefka received his B.A. in Political Science from St. Vincent College and his J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Born and raised in the Alle-Kiski Valley, Mr. Marhefka lends his talents to a number of local boards and businesses. He is active in his church and volunteers with a number of neighborhood charities.

Lori R. Miller joined the firm in 2011.  She focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate and employment, commercial and general business litigation.

Ms. Miller received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and her J.D. from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. She is also a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA).
