Milton Martin, Jr., who is widely respected for his extensive real estate, business law, and wills and estates knowledge has joined Hull Barrett, PC as the firm continues to enhance its transactional practice. Mr. Martin will work in Hull Barrett’s Evans office and brings along Lucinda M. Rowe and Karen I. Holden from his practice at J. Milton Martin, Jr. P.C. He will help represent private equity investors, property owners, operators and lenders in purchase, sale and financing transactions.

A graduate of the University of Georgia, J. Milton Martin, Jr. holds a JD from Mercer University School of Law. His practice focuses in corporate work, wills and estates, residential real estate, and negotiating joint venture agreements for the development and operation of commercial real estate. He also represents mortgage banks and borrowers in construction financing and refinancing transactions, and also regularly advises landlords and tenants on long-term office, warehouse and retail lease transactions. In addition to closing Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, Mr. Martin assists with the preparation of the loan documents in compliance with the SBA Authorization for both SBA 504 Loans and SBA 7A loans.
