Scott M. Brown and Johanna F. Ellison join Fowler Bell PLLC
The Fowler Bell law firm, attorneys and staff are pleased to welcome Scott M. Brown and Johanna F. Ellison to the firm where they will both be Of Counsel in the firm’s Litigation Group.
Johanna F. Ellison’s focus will be within the firm’s Workers’ Compensation, Litigation and Employment Law Groups by representing employers, insurance adjusters, small businesses and national corporations. Ms. Ellison’s practice specializes in assisting and representing employers in all phases of the workers’ compensation process and brings a fresh, creative approach to a sometimes confusing process for businesses.
Scott M. Brown’s focus will be within the firm’s Workers’ Compensation, Litigation and Commercial & Business Law Groups. Mr. Brown’s practice specializes in evaluating, litigating, and settling workers’ compensation claims, medical disputes and subrogation matters for employers and their insurers. Also, he has experience assisting business owners with the creation of business entities, drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising on litigation matters.
