Roe Cassidy Coates & Price, P.A. is pleased to announce that partners Pete Roe, Jim Cassidy, and Bill Coates have been selected for inclusion in the 2012 South Carolina Edition of Super Lawyers®, and that partners Randy Moody and Trey Suggs were selected as rising stars. Roe and Cassidy were selected in the category of general litigation, and Coates was selected in the category of business litigation. Moody was selected as a rising star in business litigation, and Suggs in professional liability defense.
Super Lawyers® asked Moody about his most memorable experience in law school. Moody noted that law school changed his way of thinking and “prepared me for the realization that no side – plaintiff or defendant – has or should have a monopoly on justice, and that lawyers are society’s guardians against injustice or any political forces that attempt to undermine the American justice system.” Mr. Moody continued “I am convinced I was made to be a lawyer and it is my hope that I will be a better one tomorrow than I was today, as we all seek to do justice.”
