Coleman & Horowitt, LLP Is pleased to welcome Steven G. Polard, as a partner to the firm’s Los Angeles office, where he will also serve as managing attorney. Mr. Polard is a 1979 graduate of Duke University School of Law, and Kansas University. Prior to joining Coleman & Horowitt, LLP, Mr. Polard was a partner of Eisner, LLP in Beverly Hills, and the Los Angeles offices of Davis, Wright & Tremaine and Perkins Coie. He will continue to represent clients in Bankruptcy (on behalf of creditors and trustees), Creditors’ Rights, Banking Litigation, Real Estate Litigation , D&O Litigation, and Commercial Litigation, where he will assist clients in the following industries: banking, aviation finance, real estate, healthcare.
