青年律师部（YLS）旨在为青年律师提供专业和个人成功的工具和机会。青年律师部的目标是：促进并提供更多的机会，在初级律师协会的青年律师之间建立联系，作为专家证人信息和法律研究的交流渠道，并将青年律师培养成初级律师协会未来的领导者。青年律师协会相信，积极参与将有助于每位会员的专业成长，并为客户提供更好的服务。

入会标准：

  1. 年龄在 40 岁以下的律师，或
  2. 获准执业 7 年或更短时间的律师
。
