Our future:  As we are working intensely now on the design of our new website and other exciting projects, it seems as if there is a mist-like fog in the atmosphere gently fading away with the rise of an early morning sun.

At first, obscure, then more clearly now.  A globe-like structure of friends, good people, good lawyers, from all four corners of the earth, working closely and respectfully together, like partners, for the betterment of mankind and everlasting peace, through liberty, justice and the rule of law.

The design of our new website is this vision made real.  It brings together the entire Primerus Community in the truest sense. “Local”, firms from and a part of their local communities, and “global,” firms in partnership with all other Primerus firms from across the world.

Like a power grid that delivers electricity from many producers to consumers across large populations, so Primerus will function in a similar way in delivering high-quality specialized legal services across the globe.  The key to make that work are the powerlines, or conduits of communication, from one Primerus lawyer to another. I am not just referring to the brains of technology to make all of this happen, but more importantly, the gray matter between the ears of every Primerus lawyer who are the power centers that make all of this possible.

In some respects, it is as simple as attending one of our Zoom Monday morning “Coffee and Conversation” groups.  It starts with a simple “Hello, my name is ______, what’s yours?”  The energy that powers the Primerus grid is in the relationships that each Primerus lawyer develops with other Primerus lawyers.  Primerus can create a great website and host fabulous Convocations and Global Conferences, but unless Primerus lawyers participate and reach out, there will be very little energy in those powerlines to make this great vision a reality for their benefit, and the benefit of many.
