he hopes the PCRI will help spread the

Buchanan said the PCRI
represents three years of work
responding to many client requests to
become part of Primerus.
"This concept is unique to Primerus.
No one else is offering this to clients,"
Buchanan said. "There are a number
of things clients need and law firms are
not providing them. We recognized the
disconnect in the market and we decided
to see if Primerus, which is not a law firm,
could fill that gap. That is why we created
the PCRI, and we are excited to see where
it leads us in the future."
