December 2020, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – Law Offices of Thomas J. Wagner volunteered their time working with Volunteers of America (“VOA”) in its efforts to provide services to help offenders successfully transition from prison to a productive life in the community. Law Offices of Thomas J. Wagner has adopted two offenders’ families for the Christmas Holiday, selecting, buying and wrapping gifts for spouses and children along with funds to purchase the Holiday meal. We recently spent the day wrapping our adopted families’ gifts.
In addition, Law Offices of Thomas J. Wagner have committed to support VOA’s local correctional re-entry services through 2021.
Law Offices of Thomas J. Wagner’s volunteer effort was organized in connection with the International Society of Primerus Law Firms’ Global Day of Service. Primerus is a highly selective society of high quality, small to medium size law firms. The Society has a set of core values, the Primerus Six Pillars, that all members are committed to upholding. One of those values is community service. Primerus organized the Global Day of Service to celebrate the commitment its members have made to giving back to their communities demonstrating Primerus members are in fact “Good People Who Happen to be Good Lawyers”.
