Richmond, Virginia — November 14, 2017 — With deep gratitude for decades of service, Goodman Allen Donnelly announces the retirement of two of its founding members, Chuck Allen and Molly Priddy, effective December 31, 2017.  Both Chuck and Molly have been exemplary practitioners and servants to the Bar while building distinguished careers in their respective fields, significantly contributing to the firm’s dynamic growth.

Michael Goodman will assume the role of Chairman.

“Chuck and Molly were our friends and colleagues long before we established the Firm together over nineteen years ago,” said Goodman. “I know I speak for the entire firm when I say that we will miss their mentorship, camaraderie, and wise counsel.”

As the Firm’s leadership transitions, Goodman Allen Donnelly is also pleased to announce the promotion of Wythe Michael and Eileen Talamante as members.  “Wythe and Eileen have served as invaluable resources,” said Goodman. Wythe is a transactional attorney, focusing his practice on the interests of closely held businesses, including formation, capital raising, general corporate, succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions.  Eileen, a registered nurse and attorney, represents nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in matters related to licensing, credentialing, third party payer, and peer review.
