John earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida. He co-founded Bivins & Hemenway, P.A., in 2007, and serves as a trusted legal advisor to business owners, real estate investors, and families seeking to preserve and pass down their wealth and values.
The Florida Fellows Institute was created by ACTEC Fellows to develop the profession’s future leaders in trust and estate law through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each field from across the U.S.
