Developed in the late 1800s, Washington Park is an urban oasis of gardens, landscaped lawns, monuments, walking and bike paths and hundreds of trees. The Conservancy, formed in 1985, assists in the restoration and regular maintenance of the park.
The Albany, New York office of ICRH, 9 Thurlow Terrace, is a grand, historic residence built in 1890 as park development was coming to a close. It overlooks the park’s five-acre lake and has housed the firm since its founding 25 years ago.
