Prince, Yeates & Geldzahler (Salt Lake City, UT) attorney Charles L. Perschon was chosen by the National Business Institute to be an instructor at an upcoming Civil Court Procedure and Strategy Boot Camp seminar in June. Perschon will be presenting lectures entitled “Responsive Pleadings -What to Use, When and How” and “Motions, Notices and Hearings”. NBI is one of the country’s largest providers for legal education. They work with hundreds of organizations that offer continuing legal education credit.

Mr. Perschon’s practice focuses on appellate work and complex commercial litigation at Prince Yeates. He also serves as a board member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Utah State Bar Association.
