Vish frequently writes and presents on hot topics in entertainment, media, and intellectual property for various professional associations, lawyers, and clients. Vish is passionate about pro bono work, especially in the immigration realm and has handled numerous such matters before the U.S. Immigration Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Vish has also authored multiple Amicus Briefs and a Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States. Vish also co-authored one of the two operative complaints that resulted in Rudolph (Rudy) Giuliani’s suspension from practicing law in New York.

Vish has served on the Boards of various professional and not-for-profit organizations, including the Orange County Bar Association, Elder Law and Disability Rights Center, and Children’s Bureau. As an avid advocate of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Vish also works with law schools, colleges, high schools, and community centers to create pipeline programs for those from underrepresented groups.
