Tim K. Singley (av), born Killeen, Texas, January 12, 1966; admitted to bar 1991, Texas; also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas. Tim concentrates his practice primarily in the area of workers' compensation and employer liability defense. He is a frequent lecturer and author on workers’ compensation and employer liability topics. Tim also serves as an Executive Council Member for the Workers Compensation Section of the State Bar of Texas. He is the principal draftsman of the Pattern Jury Charge for Worker’s Compensation in Texas, which is the primary source of definitions, instructions, and questions utilized by trial judges state-wide.
