Susan Bird is a partner in the firm’s litigation department. She was born in St. Augustine, Florida. Ms. Bird’s primary practice focuses on medical malpractice and nursing home defense and administrative law. She defends physicians, nurses, hospitals, nursing homes and other health care professionals in civil cases and before regulatory and licensure boards. Ms. Bird is licensed as a registered nurse in Florida and worked for many years in the nursing profession both in clinical and administrative areas prior to entering the practice of law.
