Peter Carroll is one of Australia’s leading authorities in corporate law. Peter is a former author of Trust Transactions in The Australian Encyclopedia of Forms and Precedents.

For more than forty years, Peter has practised extensively in company and commercial law involving public and private companies. He has walked side-by-side with clients through takeovers, mergers and acquisitions. He has advised directors on all areas, concerning their duties and obligations, and shareholder and joint venture agreements.

Peter also practises in the areas of commercial leasing, property acquisitions and development, finance and securities, stamp duty, trusts and general commercial contracts.

Peter understands business directly by assisting his son in a business venture. A fish farm on the far North Coast of NSW, producing Mulloway for the choosy Sydney restaurant market. Peter has come to appreciate the day to day hardships in running a small to medium size business.

Peter is also an expert estate planner and has a busy practice, advising regarding superannuation, drafting complex wills, managing probate and handling disputes.
