Pascal Lê Dai joined VATIER in 2013 to create and lead the IP/IT department. He has been specializing in this area of law since he started his career.

He represents French and international business across the full spectrum of the development and the protection of their intellectual property rights (trademarks, patents, design rights, copyrights…), and he also advises them in matters relating to technology law (computer software, Internet, data protection…). He has an in-depth knowledge of the issues with which the businesses of the innovative sector and their founders are dealing.

Pascal Lê Dai has also developed a strong practice in commercial litigation (contracts, civil liability, professional liability).

He provides training sessions for professionals in intellectual property, technology law and dispute resolution. He also teaches industrial property at ECE Paris engineering school.

Pascal Lê Dai is at home working in an international environment. Taking full advantage of his dual background, he is in charge of the activity of the Firm with Vietnam. In 2009, he assisted a leading Vietnamese IT group to open the first subsidiary in France of a Vietnamese private group.

Before joining VATIER, Pascal worked at the law firms Ngo, Miguérès & Associés (1996 – 2001) and then Eversheds LLP (2001 – 2007). In 2008, he set up his own law firm.
