Parker B. Folse is an associate in the firm's Roswell office. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He then went on to attend law school at the University of Oklahoma where he received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in May 2011. While at Oklahoma, he was a member of the University's National Arbitration Team, a member of the American Indian Law Review, and received the American Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Law. Parker is a civil litigator primarily representing commercial clients in a multitude of matters from corporate governance and employment matters, including the defense of wrongful termination and discrimination claims, director and officer liability matters, and the creation and formation of corporate entities; serving as counsel for insurers in complex coverage disputes; litigating intellectual property matters; energy, oil and gas matters, including both the prosecution and defense of claims related to royalty disputes, joint interest billing matters, joint operating agreements, environmental claims, and asset purchase and sales; serving as general counsel for represented clients; to representing governmental entities and educational institutions.

Parker has a diverse statewide practice representing clients at all levels, including matters before administrative and regulatory agencies, district courts, and appellate courts. Parker is a zealous advocate and does his best work in the courtroom. He is licensed in New Mexico and admitted to practice in both State and Federal courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is a member of the New Mexico State Bar, the Chaves County Bar Association, the New Mexico Defense Lawyer's Association, and the Defense Research Institute
