Marshall Yoder has more than 17 years' experience representing a wide variety of clients, ranging from individuals, family-owned businesses and Native American tribes to Fortune 500 companies. His experience includes serving as a general legal counselor, troubleshooter and problem-solver for clients, both in and out of litigation. Mr. Yoder has a growing collaborative law practice in which he assists clients in identifying their real interests and achieving their goals. He joined Wharton Aldhizer & Weaver PLC from Poyner & Spruill LLP in Charlotte, NC where he served as co-head of that firm’s litigation section.
