Olivier Saumon founded in 1999 and developed the Health Sciences practice which he manages with Céline Roquelle-Meyer, and which services the pharmaceutical, hygiene and medico-social sectors.

He acts in matters of pharmaceutical and medical law, regulation of health products, biotechnology, cosmetology and security of food products.

His experience in these areas has allowed him to broaden his practice to include French and European distribution of sanitary and health products, as well as medical malpractise.

He acts for humanitarian associations and foundations, as well as for institutions for the aged and the handicapped.

He is co-author of the Code de la santé publique and teaches at the Université Paris V (faculté de pharmacie).

Olivier Saumon has also developed a practice in intellectual property law, and especially in audiovisual and musical production, as well as trademarks and patents.

Former Secrétaire de la Conférence du Stage at the Paris Bar, Olivier Saumon is highly experienced in matters of criminal law and procedure.

He is currently a member of the Conseil de l'Ordre of the Paris Bar.
