Mark Mikhaiel joined the firm in 2018. Mark has extensive experience handling various aspects of commercial litigation, including shareholder, fiduciary and business tort litigation; probate litigation; UCC contract disputes and non-medical professional malpractice matters. Mark is experienced in addressing potential claims from development through discovery, mediation, trial and appeal.

Prior to joining SSSB, Mark worked at a premier advocacy law firm, Levin & Associates, in Cleveland. There, he successfully handled many cases, ranging from antitrust to securities violations, from contract breach to tortious interference, from theft of intellectual property to breach of fiduciary duty, from accounting irregularities to due-diligence failures by financial advisors, a variety of matters involving negligent or intentional misconduct, as well as claims of unfair business practices.
