Maggie is an associate in the firm’s Birmingham office. She represents her clients in various legal matters including retail and premises liability, transportation, and insurance cases. Maggie also represents bars, restaurants, breweries, and hotels in Dram Shop lawsuits and assists clients with regulatory and licensing matters before the Alabama Beverage Control Board.

Maggie received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law. In law school, Maggie served her community as President of Raise the Bar, a mentoring program for local youth, and earned The Dean’s Community Service Award and a certificate in public interest law. Maggie currently is an executive board member of the Birmingham Bar Association Young Lawyer’s Section, a member of the Women’s Section of the Birmingham Bar, and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.
