Magdalena Etcheverrigaray was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She attended Mallinckrodt and Northlands Schools, where she graduated in 1992.
In 1993 she studied French and German at Brilliantmont School, Lausanne, Suisse and at the Alliance Française, Paris, France, which she continued in Argentina (1994/1998), in addition to Portugues (2008/2009).
She is a lawyer, having graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2000.
She has participated in several postgraduate courses at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, including: Individual Labour Relations (2010), Labour Risk (2009) and the Update Program on Oil and Gas Law (2005).
Her practice includes Labour Law and claims regarding Employee Stock Ownership, with the management of an extensive case portfolio (private companies, privatizations and liquidators).
She joined the firm in 2009.
