Kristen practices in the areas of estate planning and wealth transfer, estate and trust litigation, estate and trust administration, business transactions, and tax law. Kristen counsels both individual and corporate trustees in all matters related to estates and trusts, including trust modifications, terminations, mergers, decantings, nonjudicial settlement agreements, and trust situs changes. She also provides representation in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

During law school, Kristen served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Myron T. Steele, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware. Following law school, Kristen practiced in Structured Finance and Alternative Entities, where she gained extensive experience in transactional matters involving Delaware statutory trusts and other alternative entities, including the representation of banks and trust companies involved in asset securitizations and structured finance transactions. Since 2012, Kristen has concentrated her practice in the area of trusts and estates.
