Kana is a seasoned commercial litigator. Kana’s practice comprises a wide range of complex business litigation, including disputes relating to business divorce, non-compete agreements, business torts, and contracts. She also has experience with healthcare fraud matters, including cases under the False Claims Act. Kana regularly represents clients in state and federal courts, and before arbitrators. She is a skilled negotiator and has resolved many disputes prior to litigation. She excels at providing clients with a practical, big-picture perspective on the risks and benefits of litigation with cost-effective resolutions.

Prior to joining Krevolin & Horst, Kana served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mark H. Cohen on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, where she managed hundreds of federal civil cases. Prior to her clerkship, she practiced at an Am Law 100 firm in New York City, where her practice focused on complex commercial litigation before courts and arbitral tribunals.

Kana is thrilled to be back living in the South, where she has ready access to southern food and has ditched her heavy winter coat.
