John M. Frazier, Jr.

John Frazier, Jr. delivers a full range of litigation in both state and federal courts. John’s area of practice includes corporate litigation, foreclosure defense, commercial litigation, business representation, corporate transactions, and real estate litigation and transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, John operated Frazier Law, P.A. as a sole practitioner and was heavily involved in many areas of litigation and trial work. John had sought to become an attorney based upon his experiences with Mr. Malek and Mr. Widerman as a “runner” for the firm as far back as the mid-2000s in high school. He maintained a close relationship from that point forward. When an opportunity to reunite with the firm arose, John felt the need to “return home” and learn under two of his greatest mentors, both personally and professionally. John is the first and only attorney within his family and lettered in track and football, locally, at Melbourne High School. John has a strong commitment to his community and actively seeks out volunteering activities.

John is driven to practice law to the best of his abilities, and when he isn’t doing that, he enjoys fishing, cooking, technology, rooting for the Florida State Seminoles, his pets, and being with his family. John was married to his beautiful wife Courtney in 2016 and resides in Indian River County.
