Jane joined Sweeney McGann in 1996, and plays a central role in our Family Law, Personal Injury and Licensing practices.
One of the leading Family Law practitioners in the region, Jane advises clients on all aspects of Family Law and relationship breakdown, specialising in separation, divorce and cohabitation.
Jane has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and attends the District Court regularly to deal with custody, access, domestic violence and maintenance issues.
Jane is also a renowned Personal Injury solicitor, having successfully represented an extensive number of our clients in the Circuit Court and High Court.
In addition, she is the main Licensing solicitor at Sweeney McGann, with vast experience in all areas of licensing law.
