Andrew previously served as an attorney for the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians where he defended the rights of individual tribal members. While an attorney with the MBCI Andrew litigated numerous family law matters within the Tribal court system as well as throughout Mississippi. He has defended clients in criminal cases ranging from DUI to murder.

Andrew has been involved with property tax sales for more than thirteen years. He has litigated multiple title confirmation and quiet title suits as well as suits to set aside tax sales.
