For over twenty years, Hope has advised and represented public and private employers in all employment-related matters, from preventing claims to defending them. She regularly drafts and reviews employment policies, investigates claims, conducts training sessions, and litigates state-wide. She routinely handles Title VII discrimination (race, color, religion, sex, national origin), age discrimination, pregnancy discrimination, EEOC investigations, sexual harassment, workers compensation, wage and hour (Fair Labor Standards Act), Family Medical Leave Act, and §1983 claims. She is also a frequent speaker on related topics.

Hope is admitted to all state and federal courts in Alabama.

She is a member of Alabama State Bar, Montgomery County Bar Association, Baldwin County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.

Hope is a graduate of Huntingdon College and the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.

She is also President of the Montgomery Red Elephant Club, a member of First United Methodist Church Montgomery, and formerly served on the Board of Directors of Medical Outreach Ministries.  Hope and her husband Bill enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family.
