Gary Krasna is of counsel in the firm's banking and financial services group. Gary specializes in representation of lenders, factors and trade financers in commercial finance and trade transactions and workouts, and in representation of purchasers, sellers, lenders, lessors and lessees in commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Gary is a frequent lecturer on commercial law and real estate issues. He is the co-author of “The U.C.C. Search and Filing," published by Matthew Bender in its Asset Based Financing Series.

Gary is a 1984 graduate of the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York, where he graduated cum laude. He is admitted to practice in Florida, New York and Connecticut. Gary is involved in the Secured Finance Network, the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys, the International Factors Association, where he is president of the Southeast Chapter, and numerous civic organizations. He is rated “AV” by Martindale Hubbell.
