Ellen Ash, practices general civil defense litigation. She is experienced in handling cases involving personal injury, premises liability, products liability, construction litigation, and wrongful death. Ms. Ash graduated from the University of Florida in 1994 with honors. She received her JD in 1997, also from the University of Florida, Holland School of Law. During law school, she interned at the Alachua County public defender's office.

Ms. Ash began practicing law in 1998 and practiced with several firms before joining Fain, Major & Brennan in October 2015.

Ash is a member of the Georgia Bar. She is admitted in all Georgia state courts and admitted in the United States District Courts of the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.
