David Weems concentrates his practice in:

A Jackson native, David returned home to begin his career with a large local law firm where he handled a variety of commercial transactions in a number of different areas, including the timber, poultry, and health care industries.  In 2014, David joined the Public Lands Division of the Mississippi Secretary of State’s office.  As Senior Attorney, David represented the State of Mississippi on real estate transactions involving numerous different agencies, 16th section matters, and the sale of tax forfeited properties.  David currently practices in the Business Opportunities Group, handling business matters, commercial transactions, and real estate matters.

Outside of the office, David enjoys hunting, watching sports, and other outdoor activities with his wife and two children.
