Daniel Ramirez is an associate in CCN’ Guadalajara office. He has more than nine years of experience representing clients in labor law matters. He has focused his practice in representing and advising large multinational clients in proceedings before the Labor Boards of Conciliation and Arbitration, litigation, hiring and termination of employees, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with local and national unions, legal opinions and structures of expatriates, outsourcing issues, establishment of incentive compensation schemes, including incentive bonus plans and benefits, creation and operation of cost-efficient employment structures, employer substitutions, advice on the employment law implications of commercial transactions, as well as the design and implementation of internal policies in connection with Internal Work Regulations.
