Dan practices in business and tax planning, estate planning and wealth transfer, succession planning and estate and trust administration. Dan regularly counsels business owners in the planning and is regularly involved in purchase and sales transactions, entity formation and contract negotiation, as well as drafting employment agreements, shareholder agreements and limited liability and partnership agreements.
