Areas of Practice: Felipe Pinilla is a Founding Partner and Director of the areas of Corporate Law, Criminal Law, and Litigations for the Firm. He has wide experience in litigation and arbitration, directing some of the country’s most important legal cases.
Memberships: Arbitrator and Representative before different arbitration courts of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce’s Arbitration and Conciliation Center; member of the Regional Construction Council, Colombo-Korean Council, Colombo-American Council, and the Colombo-Chilean Council.
Training: Law Degree, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Bogotá; specialization in legal, accounting, and financial systems, Universidad de Los Andes. He is Secretary General of Colmena Constructors; legal adviser for the Social-Social Foundation Group, Caja Social, Colmena Corporation, Leasing Colmena, and Fiduciary Colmena; and Adviser to the Vice Minister of Labor in the area of Labor and Administrative Law.
