Brian Beck is an associate at the firm and focuses his practice on the acquisition, development and financing of affordable housing and historic rehabilitation real estate developments. Brian has worked on projects using all forms of incentive financing, including Federal and State Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Tax-Exempt Bonds, Federal and State Historic Preservation Tax Credits, Missouri Brownfield Remediation Tax Credits and Missouri Affordable Housing Assistance Program Credits.

Brian also has experience assisting nonprofits and tax exempt entities in a wide range of activities, including formation, applications for tax exempt status, mergers and other general business activities. Brian also works in the general corporate, real estate, and estate planning practice areas.

Brian graduated in the top 2 percent of his law school class, and in his second and third year received the Breckinridge Academic Award for having the second highest annual GPA in his class.

Brian is licensed to practice in Missouri and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Missouri Bar and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Brian has volunteered with many nonprofit and tax exempt entities, including the Regional Housing and Community Development Authority, St. Louis Tax Assistance Program, and Skateistan.
