In 2019, the firm welcomed Brian B. Vieth as an Associate on the Medical Malpractice Defense team in the firm's Richmond office. His experience includes civil litigation and workers' compensation defense, as well as criminal defense in Circuit and General District Courts in the Richmond area. Brian graduated from the University of Richmond with a B.A. degree in Political Science and P.P.E.L. (Philosophy, Politics, Economics, and Law) and received his J.D. from the University of Richmond’s T.C. Williams School of Law.
