Anne is an associate at Zupkus & Angell where she practices a variety of commercial and civil litigation, including construction defect, premises liability, insurance defense and employment law.

Anne has over fifteen years of experience practicing a wide range of commercial litigation cases, including trial and appellate work. Prior to joining Zupkus & Angell, she also had the opportunity to take some time off from the practice of law to raise her family.

Anne has served as a volunteer and member of the Board of Directors with the Boulder County AIDS Project, and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Women’s Bar Association. Raising her family in Boulder, she has enjoyed volunteering in many different capacities within the Boulder Valley School District as well as Boulder’s Meals on Wheels and Share-A-Gift programs.

Anne graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and then went on to receive her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.

When she’s not at work, Anne is enjoying her family, playing tennis and attending one of her three children’s many sporting events.
