Angela Martin has been practicing in the areas of insurance coverage litigation, personal injury and business litigation since her admission to the California State Bar in 2005.  She has represented a variety of clients, including individuals, insurance carriers, medical equipment providers, and small business owners.

Prior to joining Demler, Armstrong & Rowland, Ms. Martin’s practice focused on insurance coverage litigation providing coverage analysis and recommendations to insurance carriers on a variety of topics, including proper claims handling, bad faith claims, and appropriate allocation of litigation costs amongst multiple carriers. She joins Demler, Armstrong & Rowland with significant experience conducting depositions, written discovery and law and motion practice including dispositive and pre-trial motions.

Ms. Martin’s early legal background in personal injury and business litigation makes her readily familiar with litigated contract disputes, collections, contested partnership dissolutions, automobile collision, slip and fall, assault/battery and mold exposure cases. She has second-chaired three jury trials, and in 2014 Ms. Martin successfully mediated a settlement of million dollar software dispute on behalf of a nationwide healthcare equipment provider.

Ms. Martin is a Southern California native currently residing in Long Beach. She enjoys attending local street fairs and festivals and regularly seeks out new recipes to try during her free time.
