Paul Zimmerman
Paul Zimmerman is a recovering litigator who practiced law for 23 years, most recently at Christian & Small LLP (2008-2021). During that time, Paul’s practice included litigation relating to data breaches, covenants not to compete, trade secrets, commercial and complex litigation, as well as product liability, and business break ups. He led the Firm’s Electronic Discovery Practice, was a member of the Firm’s Cyber Liability Group, and frequently advised the Firm’s clients regarding litigation holds, electronic discovery, records retention, and data privacy and security. In 2021, Paul obtained his Masters in Management Information Systems (with an emphasis in cybersecurity management) from UAB. He then earned his GIAC Battlefield Forensics and Acquisitions and GIAC Advanced Smartphone Forensics certifications, and is a member of GIAC’s Advisory Board. Paul now operates Invenius Digital Forensics, LLC, assisting clients with digital forensic and E-discovery matters.

Sweetgrass Basket Weaving Workshop

Join local artisan Sarah Edwards-Hammond for in-depth instruction on sweetgrass basketry which has been an integral part of the Lowcountry’s Gullah Geechee community since the 17th century. Edwards-Hammond comes from a long line of basket makers and has passed down the tradition to her family and others in the community. Edwards-Hammond will share a brief history on the artisanal craft of basket making. Participants will then spend the remainder of the class making their own basket guided by Edwards-Hammond. Come learn about an extraordinary craft that has been a staple of culture, art, and history in Charleston for centuries. All materials and instruction will be provided.
Pickle Ball Clinic and Tournament

Participants will leave from the Isle of Palms Marina and kayak on Morgan Creek, which meanders through a rich salt marsh estuary dotted with small verdant hammock islands. Morgan Creek and the connecting estuaries give you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of the Isle of Palms. The quiet rhythm of the kayaks will recalibrate your mind and remind you why the Lowcountry is one of the most attractive destinations in the world. Once we paddle away from the marina into Morgan Creek, you’ll be surrounded by the marsh grass, shore birds and the natural beauty of the Lowcountry. Dolphins, sea turtles, pelicans, egrets, herons and more await your arrival.
• Kayak Tour Duration: 3 hours – includes instruction, prep and on-water time
• Activity Level: Participants will kayak on a guided expedition that has been timed with the tides for an enjoyable trip.
• What to wear: Shoes that will stay on your feet, a hat, synthetic clothing (it will dry faster than cotton), sunscreen. During cooler weather, dress in layers.

Designed by Tom Fazio, the Harbor Golf Course is known for its challenging design and beautiful views, and most of all, water. From lagoons and salt marshes to the Intracoastal Waterway, this varied golf course in Charleston, South Carolina will test all aspects of your game.
This is the more challenging golf course at Wild Dunes.
Practice facilities are located across from The Links clubhouse and include a driving range, chipping area and putting green.
