| 11:00 am – 12:30 pm | First Panel of Discussions (M&A): Cross-border deals – coordinating deals to achieve the best effect, with regard to local laws (Practical concerns and formalities) |

| 2:00 pm – 3:15 pm | Second Panel of Discussions (Insolvency) |
| 3:15 pm – 3:30 pm | Closing Remarks, End of the formal conference |
