Praxisgruppe Verkehrsverteidigung

Die Praxisgruppe Verteidigung im Transportwesen konzentriert sich auf die Unterstützung der Transport- und Lkw-Branche bei der Abwehr von Ansprüchen wegen widerrechtlicher Tötung, Personenschäden, Sachschäden und Fracht. Die Mitgliedsfirmen sind darauf vorbereitet, bei der Untersuchung und Bewertung von Unfällen sofort zu helfen. Die Gruppe ist in der Lage, diese Aufgaben in den gesamten Vereinigten Staaten zu übernehmen.

  • Jährliches Seminar der PDI-Praxisgruppe Verkehr
  • Periodische Webinare mit Schwerpunkt auf aktuellen verkehrsspezifischen Themen
  • Nationales Verzeichnis von PDI-Anwälten, die die Standards für die Teilnahme an der Gruppe erfüllen oder übertreffen
