Darryl J. Horowitt was admitted to practice in 1981. Before forming Coleman & Horowitt, LLP, he was a partner with the Fresno, California firm of Lerrigo, Nibler, Berryman, Coleman & Bennett. Prior to moving to Fresno, Darryl was engaged in private practice in Orange County, California.
Robert "Bob" Terbrack, of McNeal, Schick, Archibald & Biro Co., L.P.A., is a partner representing and defending businesses, insurance companies, and individuals facing a variety of litigation involving property damage, personal injury, and wrongful death. His litigation experience includes mass torts/toxic torts, asbestos litigation, commercial transportation accidents, particularly in the railroad and maritime industries, as well as auto accident liability and construction claims.
Claude T. Prevost, III is a shareholder at Collins & Lacy, P.C. His focus is in the areas of construction defect litigation, professional liability, premises liability, trucking defense, and catastrophic injury and death. Claude is a cum laude graduate of Wofford College and received his Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law. Prior to joining Collins & Lacy, Claude interned with The Honorable Sol Blatt, Jr. in Charleston and with The Honorable Bristow Marchant in Columbia along with performing 300 hours of Pro Bono work. He has been named a Rising Star® by South Carolina Super Lawyers 2016-2018 for his work in construction litigation.
Katherine "Katie" Davey is director of marketing operations and firm experience at Mandelbaum Barrett PC. She specializes in planning and executing events and initiatives that bring people together and strengthen relationships across the legal industry. In her role, she oversees professional events such as panel discussions, roundtables, and CLE seminars, while also helping foster an engaging and collaborative firm culture through social gatherings and internal initiatives.
Known for her creativity, adaptability, and personalized approach, Katie works closely with attorneys, clients, colleagues, and industry partners to ensure each event reflects the firm's brand and leaves a lasting impression. She serves as a key connector across the firm, collaborating with teams at every level to support client engagement, strengthen professional relationships, and enhance the overall firm experience. She is often the driving force behind initiatives that bring attorneys, clients, and colleagues together.
Katie is valued for her collaborative style, attention to detail, and ability to deliver seamless, memorable experiences that strengthen relationships, support the firm's culture, and contribute to its continued growth.
Martha Jeacle is the marketing manager at Mann Lawyers LLP in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. After graduating with a bachelor's degree in journalism, she left Canada to see the world and ended up working at a California law firm in Paris, France and a New York law firm in London, England for approximately 20 years.
