Join the Young Lawyers Section for our summer networking call! This is a great opportunity to meet the new members of the executive committee, discuss the future of the section, and share ideas on what you’d like to see moving forward.

Caitlin Brown, of Kozacky Weitzel McGrath, P.C., received her bachelor's degree in psychology and minor degrees in both philosophy and law and society from St. Bonaventure University in Western New York in 2015. She then began her journey to the Midwest and graduated from Michigan State University College of Law in 2018. Caitlin began her legal career in her favorite city, Chicago.
Rachelle L. Miller, of Cardelli Lanfear Law, is a recently admitted associate with experience in first- and third-party no-fault claims and premises liability claims. During law school, Rachelle gained procedural experience while clerking for a federal judge. She has had firsthand experience handling claims in federal district court through her position at Michigan’s first Federal pro se Legal Assistance Clinic established in the Eastern District Court of Michigan by University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
Mustafa R. Karim, of Wilke Fleury LLP, is a general civil litigation attorney representing clients in various matters, including property management, landlord/tenant, medical malpractice, employment, and health care. Mustafa joined the firm as a summer law clerk in 2021 and continued his clerkship throughout law school. He graduated from McGeorge School of Law with Distinction and a concentration in trial advocacy. While in law school, Mustafa worked as a certified law student in the Elder and Health Law Clinic, representing underprivileged elderly clients in a wide array of civil matters.
Taylor K. Dennen joined McNeal, Schick, Archibald & Biro Co., L.P.A. as an associate attorney in April 2022. Taylor earned her bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018 and her juris doctor from the University of Akron School of Law in 2021. While in law school, Taylor clerked for civil litigation firms and was a member of Akron Law’s nationally recognized mock trial team. As a member of this team, Taylor learned valuable skills in how to present a case before a judge or jury. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2021 and is now primarily engaged in civil defense litigation.
Dillion King practices in Young Wells Williams P.A.'s business opportunities group, helping clients with all forms of corporate, commercial, and business matters and transactions. He also has litigation experience and often represents clients on zoning, land use, and related projects. In addition to his juris doctor degree from the University of Mississippi, he simultaneously obtained his master's degree in business administration with a view of bringing practical business skills to his business/commercial law practice.
Frances Strnad joined Ferris & Britton, A Professional Corporation in 2024. She received her juris doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2023 and is a member of the California State Bar. During law school, she served as the editor-in-chief and an oral argument competitor on the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team, and as a board member of the Business Law Society. Prior to attending law school, Frances graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, earning a bachelor's degree in political science and international development studies her bachelor's degree in political science and international development studies
